These aren't stamped sheet metal tines that curl the first time you load a pallet of concrete block. Haugen builds these with solid steel bar tines — the H45 models use 1.5-inch by 4-inch solid bar, and the heavy H100 and H180 models go up to 2.5-inch by 6-inch. More steel means less deflection when you're carrying an off-balance load at full height. The bracket count scales with capacity too — three brackets on the 3,500-lb models, four to five on the heavier units — so the load distributes across more contact points on your bucket edge instead of concentrating stress in one spot.
